Therefore we have introduced an offer where organizations can attach us as Senior Scrum Masters for six months. To work by the Scrum principles is a discipline that needs to be learned.

An agreement like this will contain two half-day meetings/presentations/trainings according to your wish plus free telephone and on-line support - it costs DKK 19.500 plus VAT and travel.

We have worked with many different organizations and companies and we know the typical pitfalls - we also know the simple steps that can be taken to achieve continuous improvements; if there is a willingness to act in the organization.

Some times we use the meetings as a service check-up on the whole process much like a super-retrospective if you are familiar with the Scrum terminology.

• What is the situation? Get all facts out in the open.
• What are we happy and excited about?
• What can be improved?
• Who can improve each area?
• What do we prioritize to tackle now?

And then what? You are free to decide what to do with the things we discover. Maybe you choose to implement one or two things and see how that works.
