We have had a row of certified Scrum Master courses together with Bouvet in Oslo and Stavanger in Norway, our last course was in June 2010. Participants have been from prublic projects, off-shore industry, the financial sector, web companies and general consultants.

Der is something common  Scandinavian in the Scrum method. The fundamental respekt for people in an organization and the willingness to make room for the individual is present. But from time to time theother side of the coin is that we do not think we can impose on people on the "commitment" - but we do not even have a word for it in our languages.
