I have been working with Scrum for more than 6 years and I wish I had known about it 10 or 20 years ago. I was trained as a Scrum Master 6 years ago on one of the first courses held in Denmark. Since then I have become a Scrum Professional and 3 years ago I became a Certified Scrum Trainer.

I have never meet a method and philosophy as Scrum, which is simple and down-to-earth as well as effective in cutting through the many layers of old management, habits and non-transparency - and then create results you wouldn't have thought possible.
