Therefore we have introduced a trainer system where organizations can attach us as Senior Scrum Masters for say six months. To work by the Scrum principles is a trade that needs to be learned.

An agreement like this will contain two hald-day meetings/presentations/traiing according to your wish plus fri telephone and on-line support - it costs 19.500 plus VAT and possible travel.

We have worked with many different organizations and companies and we know the typical pitfalls - we also know the simple steps that can be taken to achieve continuous improvements if there is a will in the organization.

Some times we use the meeting as a service check on the whole process much like a super-retrospective if you are familiar with the Scrum terminology.

• What are we happy and excited about?
• What can be improved?
• What can improve each area?
• What do we priotity to tackle now?

And then what? You are free to decide what to do with the things we discover. Maybe you choose to implement one or two things and see how that works.
