On September 23-24 we hold a public Certified Scrum Master course at Hotel Australia in Vejle. This time in English.

We hold a follow up evenet some weeks later to create a forum for the students to ask theri questions. It is not only a matter of taking a course but also about getting started to use what you learned.

Scrum is a way of working that help organizations get the most out of their efforts - in projects and in the daily work. A team that work after the Scrum principles gets like a heatseaking missile that reacts optimally to changes, challenges and newly discovered knowledge.

The Scrum Master is the one to introduce and guide the Scrum process. He is a bit of a wizard in organizations and projects he makes things happen and run smoothly - his goal is constant improvement.

Participants will have an exciting and thorough walk-through of what Scrum is and how the principles are used. All details, the history and philosophy behind Scrum will be reviewed. Participants receive an official cetificate that documents that they are now Certified Scrum Masters.

Participants get a new approach to project management and an overview of the things that makes Scrum better than traditional project management when you are dealing with uncertainties in projects.

For many Scrum is something completely new. We try to convey a new mindset.

All participants are certified Scrum Masters after the two days - we strongly recommand the follow-up meeting so that you get a good start with Scrum.
