Our team has a wide range of skills and much experience from all sorts of development and management projects.

ScrumMaster.dk is headed by Kurt Nielsen, who has many years of experience in leadership and creating results. Kurt is a Certified Scrum Trainer and he also acts directly in the field as Scrum Master and as well as Trainer.

Dorte Rønnow is an expert in management. She excells in setting up teams and creating  retrospectives. She has many years of experience as a leader.

Karsten Mathiasen is a senior software developer and is a specialist in project magement, quality mangement and tools.

Dorthe Broberg is a Scrum Master, she makes things visible and teaches people about personal discipline and the use of relevant tools.
