On April 26th-27th 2012

we have a public Certified Scrum Master course in Vejle, Denmark.

The course has been improved and revised, there is more focus on the team aspect. How do we get our teams to grow to their full potential, help them remove those strings that are holding them back.

Kanban receives a lot of attention these days. In Norway we hold regular training courses in Kanban, now we want to introduce a short crash-course in Kanban in the Danish market. We hold these courses from 17:30 to 21:00 after our Scrum Master courses. The idea is that after this crash-course the participant can go home and evaluate if would benefit from using Kanban in their organization, read up on some more details and get started.

On the 30th of April 2012

We will hold a one-day course dealing with Scrum and Prince2, it is held together with Flecta Consulting  at Sketenty's premises in Copenhagen. We will take the participants through an intensive trip through Scrum and Prince2 and not least the challenges in combining these two principles.

On the 7th-8th of May 2012

we will once again hold a Certified Scrum Master course at Sketenty in Copenhagen. We will take the participants through two days of intensive, interactive teaching with the aim of providing inspiration to positive change for all who attend.

On the 9^th-10^th of May 2012

we host a public Certified Scrum Product Owner course in Copenhagen. The two-day course will offer intensive, interactive teaching with the purpose of equiping the participants to take on the role of Product Owner in their respective projects. The new Product Owners will gain sufficient tools to embark upon the journey of constant improvement with their teams.

Lean Executive Scrum is is a way of working in which you get the strategic and tactical level to fit together in an organization and seek constant inprovement.

We introduce this for organizations using short effective workshops.
