September 23-24 2010

On September 23-24 we hold a public Certified Scrum Master course at Hotel Australia in Vejle. This time in English.

We hold a follow up evenet some weeks later to create a forum for the students to ask theri questions. It is not only a matter of taking a course but also about getting started to use what you learned.

October 28-29 2010

On October 28-29 we host a public Certified Scrum Master course in Copenhagen, Denmark. It will be a course in a league of its own when our partner from Germany Boris Gloger together with Kurt Nielsen wil guide the participants through a two days course with intensive training and exercices for inspiration.

Kanban is promoted by several people as being the new thing that will replace Scrum as the favored Agile way of working. So people ask: “should we go Kanban instead of Scrum?”

Well, should we have a hamburger or listen to Mozart? In my view Kanban and Scrum are two different ideas that do not operate in the same areas of business.

Lean Executive Scrum is is a way of working in which you get the strategic and tactical level to fit together in an organization and seek constant inprovement.
